Our areas of specialty include full service recruiting services, hiring manager coaching, executive level strategy development and fostering a culture of belonging to ensure your team thrives.
Angela White
With over 10 years of recruiting in financial services Angela brings a wealth of experience to Catalyst Capital Consulting. She's built and led teams of recruiters, coached hiring managers with goal setting and helped companies grow with Belonging coaching. Angela has been on numerous boards locally and nationally and believes in giving back to her community. She is a nationally competitive weightlifter who believes consistency always pays off!
Olympic Weightlifting
Angela stumbled into weightlifting in 2018 through CrossFit. She competed in her first competition in 2019 and loved the thrill of being on the platform, lifting heavy. Her first national meet was American Open Series 1- "The Arnold" in March of 2020. That experience drove her to get healthier and train more intentionally. Today, Angela is competing at National meets across the country with her coach. She credits her success on the platform to her relationship with her coach who listens, gives constructive feedback, prepares a program to help her hit PR's and shows up.
Angela leverages all of these aspects of athletic training into her hiring manager coaching approach.

We gather the current information so a program can be written. We record, review and track our progress so we can see what is working and where we need to shift things to get desired results. All coaching calls are eligible for playback so you can go back and listen anytime.
